About Judy

Judy Stella is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience dedicated to supporting children and families. Her commitment to helping and empowering others stems from her personal journey of overcoming adversities during her childhood and early adulthood.

She earned her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and her undergraduate degree in Social Work with a minor in Criminal Justice from Cal State University, Long Beach. Her educational achievements stand as a testament to her perseverance and serve as inspiration for young women pursuing higher education.

A Maxwell Leadership Certified Trainer and Coach, Judy channels her passion into adding value to people's lives and helping them realize their potential. Renowned as a mentor and public speaker, she remains committed to lifelong learning.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Capital at Stella Health Insurance Agency, Judy utilizes her background in social work to contribute significantly to the organization's mission. She focuses on fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment, overseeing talent acquisition initiatives to ensure alignment with the agency's goals.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Judy is a devoted mother to two small children and resides with her husband in Manhattan Beach, CA.
